If one of your results look like this:
It means our labs were unable to process these tests. This could be due to several reasons such as follows:
- Haemolysis. This is when your red blood cells burst. You may have squeezed too hard when collecting the sample.
- Clotting. If you took too long to collect the sample or did not invert the tube after the collection, the blood may clot. This makes it unprocessable.
- Small sample. You may not have collected enough blood.
- Incorrectly labeled sample
