Stomach ache
Everybody occasionally deals with a stomach ache. There are different degrees of stomach pain. It could be constant or intermittent, but most stomach pains are not dangerous and will go away in a few days. Other names for abdominal discomfort include tummy ache, gut ache, and bellyache.
Pain symptoms
If you experience stomach pain you;
- Feel bloating
- Fart a lot
- Feel full after eating
- Heartburn
- Feel sick
- Go through constipation
- Get watery poo
- Vomit a lot
Worrisome signs and symptoms include;
- Severe pain
- Fever
- Bloody stools
- Persistent nausea and vomiting
- Weight loss
- Skin that appears yellow
- Severe tenderness when you touch your abdomen
- Swelling of the abdomen
Stomach pain causes
The causes of abdominal pain might vary widely. The most frequent causes, such as gas pains, Period pain in women, indigestion, or a pulled muscle, don’t require medical attention. Other conditions could need immediate medical care.
When to seek medical aid

Consult a doctor if:
- The discomfort abruptly worsens
- The pain or bloating won’t go away or keeps returning
- You get stomach discomfort and food-swallowing issues
- You’re dropping weight without even trying
- Unexpectedly, you urinate more or less frequently
- Peeing hurts all of a sudden
- You bleed from your vagina or bottom or have an unusual vaginal discharge
- Your diarrhea persists after a few days
