Ingredients:

1/2 cup of cooked and frozen red lentils
1 cup of frozen mango chunks
3/4 cup of carrot juice
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of ground cardamom

Cooking process:

-Place lentils, carrot juice, mango, honey, ginger, cardamom, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until very smooth (up to 2 to 3 minutes). Garnish with more cardamom, if desired.
