Ingredients: (Serves 4)

4 cups of boiling water
6 bags of chamomile tea bags
2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger
4 lemon slices<
2 to 4 teaspoons of honey
2 sprigs of rosemary

Cooking process:

-Stir boiling water, ginger, lemon, tea bags, honey, and rosemary together in a large heatproof pot. Steep, occasionally stirring for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid through a fine mesh. Press on the tea bags to get as much liquid as possible
