Ingredients:

1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 medium carrots (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper

Cooking process:

-Combine oats, dates, pecans, and chia seeds in a blender until well combined

-Add vanilla, carrots, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper, and salt, and process them all until a paste begins to form

-Roll the mixture into balls using one tablespoon for each
