1 banana
2 cups of chopped ripe cantaloupe
1/2 cup of low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tablespoons of frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Cooking process:
-Freeze the unpeeled banana overnight
-Remove the banana from the freezer, and let it out until the skin softens up to remove the skin with a knife. Now cut the banana into chunks.
-Add the banana to the blender or food processor along with cantaloupe, dry milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
